UPCaM’s Board of Trustees
UPCaM’s Board of Trustees include lay and clergy representatives from the denominations and congregations that support us. Terms are three years, renewable for a second consecutive term.
The Board of Trustees is comprised of about twenty one men and women, including both clergy and lay people, drawn from the judicatories and congregations of the denominations that support us. The board is scheduled to meet five times (every other month) during the academic year. The Executive Board, comprised of the officers and committee chairs, meets in the alternate months, and additionally as needed. Each trustee is assigned to one committee.
